We were officially established in 2018 on the belief that great professional legal services should be delivered with mutual trust and communication. Our small-town Nebraska values of being kind, courteous, honest, and hard-working have enabled us to create a very encouraging, open, and transparent environment—one where everyone is treated fairly and everyone has an opportunity to contribute.

Brandi Yosten
Attorney
Brandi J. Yosten was raised in Boone County, Nebraska, graduating from Cedar Rapids High School. She went on to attend the University of Nebraska at Omaha earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science with a Minor in Women’s Studies. She graduated from the University of Nebraska College of Law and has been practicing in Boone County and the surrounding communities ever since. Along with her Juris Doctor, Brandi earned concentrations in Family Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution. She has completed the Office of Dispute Resolution Mediation training and is a Juvenile and Probate Guardian ad Litem in the State of Nebraska.
Brandi is a proud member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association; a graduate of the Nebraska State Bar Leadership Academy (Class of 2018); Secretary for the NSBA Family Law Executive Committee and serves on the Nebraska State Bar’s Rural Practice committee.
Her civic involvement includes serving on the Boone County Economic Development Agency Board, the Board of Directors for Legal Aid of Nebraska, and the committee for Boone County Emerging Leaders.
Amanda Novacek
Firm Administrator
Amanda M. Novacek was raised in Omaha, Nebraska, graduating from Millard North High School. She has over fifteen years of management experience, eight of which have been spent managing a law firm.
As an efficient Firm Administrator, Amanda enjoys interacting with clients and the general public on a daily basis. She works on developing automation for the firm and provides administrative management support to ensure the delivery of high quality legal services for a growth-oriented firm.
Amanda is a member of the American Legion Auxiliary – Primrose Post, the Boone County Emerging Leaders, Boone Central Elementary PTO and P.E.O., Chapter DJ.
